About Invized

Invized is a SaaS tool designed to provide expert level financial insights using AI. It offers users a platform to upload company data and invite users to create either investor or company accounts. It also has AI features that allow users to perform market sizing, valuations, etc. for their companies.

Project History/Overview

Invized was my third project as a designer at Resonary. Originally, the product launched as an internal tool. It was originally going to be a hub where Investors and Startups could connect. We overhauled the UI, reworked the navigation, and created new features for the product built on AI. I created a new set of brand guidelines for the product that matched the new UI design as well. Suddenly, there were major changes to what Invized was going to be, as a platform. Stakeholders wanted to shift towards an AI CFO tool where we could automate financial insights based on very limited user input. The project manager and I worked closely to implement the new AI features as this was a crucial value prop for new Invized users.

Old/Original UI Overhaul

Branding/UI Overhaul

The current launch of Invized was a basic skin of the SaaS tool. I was originally tasked with overhauling the UI without reworking any Information Architecture of the already launched product. I worked on this simultaneously with the Brand Guidelines. These both allowed me to create my vision of what Invized could be in the market of SaaS tools. We ended up pivoting a bunch of times and landed on the final iteration of what Invized is: a bridge between startups and investors.

Invized as an AI CFO Tool

Introduction

The new value prop of Invized is giving quality financial insights to those who can't pay for a CFO. During this shift in product offering, I designed new features from scratch, converting very complex ideas into clean, aesthetic UI deliverables. Slowly, we have been designing and building out features and are very close to a public beta launch for the software. This was the team's first experience with building tools using AI. This challenge with this project was converting complex AI backend prompts to clear and concise UI.

New Features

The new focus of Invized was integrating AI into the product to gather very few inputs from the user in order to output quality data regarding their company. Some features we designed were Market Sizing, Valuations (Pre and Post Revenue), Forecasting, Industry News, and more (being designed now). Check out my work below!

What's Next?

The project is still ongoing and testing new AI features. The entire project has been rebranded and is being built for a public launch. We are QA'ing and iterating everyday with the latest dev builds. I'm also working on ads for when we are ready to start a marketing campaign as well.
